Charter Hall Group is an Australia-based property investment management company. The Company is focused on investing in core sectors, such as office, industrial, retail and diversified social infrastructure property portfolios. It operates through three segments: Property investments, Development investments and Property funds management. Property investments segment is engaged in investments in property funds. The Development investments segment consists of investments in development held directly on the balance sheet and co-investments in development associates and joint ventures. Property funds management segment offers a suite of services, including investment management, asset management, property management, transaction services, development services, treasury, finance, legal, and custodian services based on each fund's individual requirements.
