Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. provides outsourced aircraft and aviation operating services. Its Airline Operations segment provides outsourced aircraft operating services to customers, including express delivery providers, e-commerce retailers, the United States military, charter brokers, freight forwarders, airlines, manufacturers, sports teams and fans and private charter customers. It provides these services on a crew, maintenance and insurance (ACMI), crew, maintenance and insurance, but not the aircraft (CMI) and charter basis. Its Dry Leasing segment provides for the leasing of cargo and passenger aircraft and engines to customers, and aircraft- and lease-management services. In its Dry Leasing segment, the customer operates, and is responsible for insuring and maintaining the flight equipment. It operates the fleet of 747 freighters and provides customers an array of 747, 777, 767 and 737 aircraft for domestic, regional and international cargo and passenger operations.
