GARDA Diversified Property Fund is an Australia-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is focused on equity investment into the industrial and commercial office sectors and debt investment into residential developments. The Company operates through three segments: direct property investment, debt investments, and funds management. Direct property segment invests in Australian commercial and industrial property. Debt investment segment invests in mortgages and loans into residential real estate. Funds management segment establishes and manages investment funds for external investors.
