Estonia Producer Prices Change at 3.70 percent
Producer prices in Estonia rose 3.7 percent year-on-year in October of 2017, following a 4.5 percent rise in the previous month. It was the weakest increase in producer inflation since June, as cost rose at a slower pace for: manufacturing (3.7 percent from 4.2 percent in September) and mining and quarrying (3.2 percent from 4.4 percent). Meantime, cost of water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation services went up 0.4 percent, the same as in the preceding two months. On the other hand, cost of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply fell by 5.6 percent, compared to a 9.4 percent rise in a month earlier. On a monthly basis, producer inflation fell to 0.4 percent from 0.8 percent.
