Centuria Office REIT
Centuria Office REIT (COF) is an Australia-based registered managed investment scheme. The principal activity of the Trust is to invest in commercial office property within Australia. The primary objective for COF as a real estate investment trust is to generate income streams, by executing initiatives to create value across a portfolio of Australian office assets. COF derives approximately 80% of its income from government, multinational corporations and listed company tenants. COF is managed by Centuria Property Funds Limited (CPFL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Centuria Capital. The subsidiaries of COF include Centuria Urban REIT, Centuria Urban REIT Sub Trust, Centuria Urban REIT Sub Trust No. 2, Centuria Metropolitan REIT No. 2 and Centuria Metropolitan Property Trust.
