THE GENERAL GOVERNMENT STRUCTURAL BALANCE IN CANADA WAS REPORTED AT -32.91 BILLIONS CANADIAN DOLLAR IN 2009, ACCORDING TO THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND (IMF).
