The Company also owns Ridgeline Energy Holdings, Inc., a wind and solar developer in Seattle, Washington. As of December 31, 2013, the Companys power generation projects in operation had an aggregate gross electric generation capacity of approximately 2,948 megawatts consisting of interests in 28 operational power generation projects across 11 states in the United States and 2 provinces in Canada. The Company sells the capacity and energy from its power generation projects under power purchase agreements to a variety of utilities and other parties. It also sells steam from its projects to industrial purchasers under steam sales agreements.
