The Transactions, Regulations and Services segment holds the license to supply electricity. The Energy Service division provides services for the energy market, including the maintenance of energy equipment, consulting services, design of facilities for public lighting and repair services. The Company operates through numerous subsidiaries, including E.ON Moldova Distribution SA, Enel Distribution Banat SA, FDEE SC Electrica Transilvania Nord Distribution, FISE SC Electrica Serv SA, Banat SC Energy Services and Soluziona SC Electrica SA, among others.
